本ポリシーは、Focusity（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いについて、本アプリの提供者である 有村大旭（Hiroaki Arimura、以下「当方」）が説明するものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーに同意いただいたものとみなします。 This Policy explains how Hiroaki Arimura (“we,” “us”), the provider of Focusity (the “App”), handles information in the App. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

1基本方針Our Approach

Focusity は、集中した時間に応じてランドマークのジオラマが育っていく、集中支援アプリです。アカウント登録は不要で、氏名・電話番号・住所などの個人情報を求めることはありません。本アプリは無料でご利用いただけ、その提供のために Google AdMob による広告を表示します（有料の Premium にご加入いただくと広告は表示されません）。当方はプライバシーを尊重し、サービスの提供・改善・広告配信に必要な範囲で情報を扱います。 Focusity is a focus app in which landmark dioramas grow as you spend focused time. No account is required, and we do not ask for personal details such as your name, phone number, or address. The App is free to use and shows ads provided by Google AdMob to support it (ads are removed if you subscribe to the paid Premium). We respect your privacy and handle information only to the extent needed to provide, improve, and serve ads in the App.

2当方が収集しない情報Information We Do Not Collect

本アプリは、集中時間中にどのアプリをブロックするかを Apple の「スクリーンタイム / ファミリー共有（Family Controls）」の仕組みを使って管理します。あなたが選択したアプリやその利用状況は Apple によって保護されており、当方が閲覧・取得することはできません。 The App uses Apple’s Screen Time / Family Controls framework to manage which apps are blocked during a focus session. Your selected apps and how you use them are protected by Apple and cannot be viewed or retrieved by us.

3広告について（AdMob）Advertising (AdMob)

本アプリは無料提供のため、Google AdMob による広告を表示します。広告配信のため、AdMob は 広告識別子（IDFA）、IP アドレス（おおよその位置の推定に用いられることがあります）、表示・操作した広告に関する情報などを取得することがあります。 To keep the App free, we show ads via Google AdMob. To serve ads, AdMob may collect data such as your advertising identifier (IDFA), IP address (which may be used to estimate approximate location), and information about ads you have viewed or interacted with.

トラッキングの許可（ATT）とパーソナライズ広告Tracking permission (ATT) & personalized ads

iOS の「トラッキングの透明性（App Tracking Transparency）」に従い、本アプリは広告識別子（IDFA）を用いる前にあなたの許可を求めます。許可した場合は、IDFA を用いたパーソナライズ広告が表示されることがあります。許可しない場合でも本アプリはご利用いただけ、広告は非パーソナライズ（関連性の低い）広告になります。 In line with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency, the App asks your permission before using the advertising identifier (IDFA). If you allow it, you may see personalized ads based on the IDFA. If you do not allow it, the App still works, and ads will be non-personalized.

EEA・英国の同意管理（UMP）Consent in the EEA & UK (UMP)

欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスのユーザーには、Google の同意管理ツール（User Messaging Platform）による同意フォームを表示し、同意状況に応じて広告の取り扱いを切り替えます。 Users in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland are shown a consent form via Google’s User Messaging Platform, and ad behavior is adjusted according to your choices.

4利用解析（アナリティクス）Analytics

本アプリは、改善や不具合把握のため Google アナリティクス（Firebase Analytics・広告 ID を使わない構成）でアプリ内の操作イベント（タブ遷移、集中セッションの開始・完了、建築・クラフト操作など）を解析します。これらは氏名・メール・広告 ID とは結び付けていません。 To improve the App and diagnose issues, we use Google Analytics (Firebase Analytics, configured without advertising ID) to analyze in-app events (tab navigation, focus session start/complete, building and craft actions, etc.). These are not linked to your name, email, or advertising ID.

また、オンボーディング時の任意アンケートで取得する年齢層・性別・本アプリを知ったきっかけ（流入チャネル）を、利用者層の把握のため解析に利用することがあります。回答は任意で、個人を直接特定するものではありません。 We may also use your age range, gender, and how you discovered the App (acquisition channel), collected via an optional onboarding survey, to understand our audience. Answering is optional and does not directly identify you.

5購入・サブスクリプションPurchases & Subscriptions

Premium（月額・年額）およびクラフトチケット（消耗型）の購入・復元の状態を、RevenueCat を通じて管理します。決済は Apple の App Store が処理し、当方がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得することはありません。これらの購入状態は、氏名等と紐づかない匿名の識別子で扱われます。 We manage the purchase and restore status of Premium (monthly/yearly) and craft tickets (consumable) through RevenueCat. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store; we never receive your card number or other payment details. Purchase status is handled using anonymous identifiers not tied to your name.

6AI 機能とデータの取り扱いAI Features & Data Handling

本アプリの「街を作る（クラフト）」機能は、Google の生成 AI「Gemini」（Gemini API / generativelanguage）を利用して画像（街のジオラマ）を生成します。リクエストは当方が運用する中継サーバー（Cloudflare Workers）を経由して Google へ送信されます。 The “Create your city (Craft)” feature uses Google’s generative AI, Gemini (Gemini API / generativelanguage) to generate images (city dioramas). Requests are sent to Google through a relay server we operate (Cloudflare Workers).

学習への利用についてUse for model training

当方は Gemini API を有料（Paid）ティアで利用しています。Google の規約上、有料ティアでは送信内容（入力）および生成結果（出力）が Google の生成 AI モデルの学習・改善には利用されません。なお Google は、安全性確保・不正利用の検知・法令遵守の目的で、データを限られた期間ログとして保持する場合があります。詳しくは Google の各規約をご確認ください。 We use the Gemini API on the paid tier. Under Google’s terms, on the paid tier your prompts (inputs) and generated responses (outputs) are not used to train or improve Google’s generative AI models. Google may retain data as logs for a limited period for safety, abuse detection, and legal compliance. Please refer to Google’s terms for details.

生成画像の保存Storage of generated images

生成された画像は、生成処理中に中継サーバー上で一時的に扱われた後、お使いの端末内（App Group の共有領域）に保存されます。当方が生成履歴をサーバー側に蓄積することはありません。 Generated images are handled temporarily on the relay server during processing and are then stored on your device (an App Group shared container). We do not retain a history of generations on our servers.

AI 機能を初めて利用する際には、アプリ内で上記の処理に関する同意をお願いしています。同意いただけない場合、AI による街の生成機能はご利用いただけません。 Before you use the AI feature for the first time, we ask for your in-app consent to the processing described above. Without consent, the AI city-generation feature cannot be used.

7利用する第三者サービスThird-Party Services

8データの保存と保持Storage & Retention

本アプリのデータ（集中記録、生成した街、設定）は、主にお使いの端末内に保存されます。本アプリを削除すると、これらの端末内データは削除されます。広告・解析・購入・AI に関して第三者サービスへ送信された情報の保持については、各社のポリシーに従います。 App data (focus records, generated cities, and settings) is stored primarily on your device. Deleting the App removes this on-device data. Retention of information sent to third-party services for advertising, analytics, purchases, and AI is governed by their respective policies.

9子どものプライバシーChildren’s Privacy

本アプリは 13 歳未満（お住まいの国の定める年齢）の子どもを対象としていません。保護者の方は、お子様による本アプリの利用について管理・監督してください。お子様の情報が誤って処理されたと思われる場合は、下記の連絡先までお問い合わせください。 The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the age defined in your country). Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of the App. If you believe a child’s information has been processed inadvertently, please contact us at the address below.

10あなたの権利Your Rights

本アプリは端末内にデータを保持するため、本アプリの削除によりデータの消去が可能です。広告のトラッキングや同意は、第 3 項記載の方法でいつでも変更できます。その他、データの取り扱いに関するご質問・ご要望（開示・削除など）は、下記の連絡先までお問い合わせください。 Because data is held on your device, you can erase it by deleting the App. You can change ad tracking and consent at any time using the methods in Section 3. For any other questions or requests regarding your data (such as access or deletion), please contact us at the address below.
