本ポリシーは、Focusity（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いについて、本アプリの提供者である有村大旭（Hiroaki Arimura、以下「当方」）が説明するものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本ポリシーに同意いただいたものとみなします。 This Policy explains how Hiroaki Arimura (“we,” “us”), the provider of Focusity (the “App”), handles information in the App. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

1基本方針Our Approach

Focusity は、集中した時間に応じてランドマークのジオラマが育っていく、集中支援アプリです。アカウント登録は不要で、氏名・電話番号・住所などの個人情報を求めることはありません。本アプリの基本機能は無料でご利用いただけ、一部の機能は有料の Premium でご利用いただけます。本アプリは広告を表示しません。当方はプライバシーを尊重し、サービスの提供・改善に必要な範囲でのみ情報を扱います。 Focusity is a focus app in which landmark dioramas grow as you spend focused time. No account is required, and we do not ask for personal details such as your name, phone number, or address. The core features are free to use, and some features are available with the paid Premium. The App does not show ads. We respect your privacy and handle information only to the extent needed to provide and improve the App.

2当方が収集しない情報Information We Do Not Collect

本アプリは、集中時間中にどのアプリをブロックするかを Apple の「スクリーンタイム / ファミリー共有（Family Controls）」の仕組みを使って管理します。あなたが選択したアプリやその利用状況は Apple によって保護されており、当方が閲覧・取得することはできません。 The App uses Apple’s Screen Time / Family Controls framework to manage which apps are blocked during a focus session. Your selected apps and how you use them are protected by Apple and cannot be viewed or retrieved by us.

連絡先・写真・カメラ・マイク・健康データ、および GPS による精密な位置情報へはアクセスしません。We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health data, or precise (GPS) location.
氏名・メールアドレス等によるアカウントは作成しません（ログイン不要）。ただし、インタビューへのご応募など、あなたご自身が入力して送信された場合に限り、メールアドレスをお預かりします（第 12 項）。We do not create accounts based on your name, email, etc. (no login required). The one exception is information you type in and send yourself, such as an interview sign-up, where we receive your email address (Section 12).
集中記録・育てた街・設定などのデータは、原則としてお使いの端末内に保存され、当方のサーバーへ同期されません。Your focus records, the cities you grow, and your settings are stored on your device and are not synced to our servers.

3トラッキングの許可（ATT）Tracking Permission (ATT)

本アプリは広告を表示しません。2026 年 9 月に、アプリ内のバナー・ネイティブ広告（Google AdMob）を廃止しました。広告の配信、広告 ID を用いたパーソナライズ広告、広告の同意フォーム（UMP）は、いずれも行っていません。 The App does not show ads. In September 2026 we removed the in-app banner and native ads (Google AdMob). We no longer serve ads, personalize ads using an advertising identifier, or show an ad consent form (UMP).

ただし、本アプリは iOS の「トラッキングの透明性（App Tracking Transparency）」の確認を表示します。これは広告を表示するためではなく、広告からのインストール計測（アトリビューション）のためです。当方が Instagram・Facebook に出稿した広告のうち、どれが本アプリのインストールにつながったかを Meta 側で計測できるようにするものです。 The App still shows Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. This is not for showing ads, but for install attribution — so that Meta can measure which of our Instagram/Facebook ads led to an install of the App.

許可した場合・しない場合If you allow or decline

許可した場合：広告識別子（IDFA）を含むインストール計測の情報が Meta へ送られることがあります。If you allow it: install-attribution data, which may include the advertising identifier (IDFA), can be shared with Meta.
許可しない場合でも本アプリの機能はすべてご利用いただけます。アプリの動作は変わりません。If you decline, all features of the App still work. Nothing about the App changes.
許可・不許可は、iOS の「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。You can change your choice anytime in iOS “Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.”

EEA・英国・スイスにお住まいの方への同意のお願いConsent for users in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland

欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスにお住まいの方には、上記の ATT の確認より前に、本アプリ独自の同意画面を表示します。ここで同意をいただけなかった場合、Meta のソフトウェア（SDK）を起動せず、Meta へは一切データを送りません。ATT の確認も表示しません。 If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we show our own consent screen before the ATT prompt described above. If you do not consent, we do not start Meta’s software (SDK) and send no data to Meta at all. We also do not show the ATT prompt.

同意いただいた場合に Meta へ送るのは、次のものです。氏名、メールアドレス、集中セッションの記録は送りません。 If you do consent, the following is sent to Meta. We do not send your name, your email address, or any record of your focus sessions.

同意はいつでも撤回できます。アプリ内の「設定 > 広告の効果測定」から切り替えてください。撤回した時点で収集は止まります。同意しない・撤回することによる機能上の不利益はありません。 You can withdraw your consent at any time from “Settings > Ad measurement” inside the App. Collection stops as soon as you withdraw. Declining or withdrawing does not restrict any feature of the App.

対象地域の判定には、端末の地域設定と App Store のストアフロントを使います。位置情報は使いません。 To determine whether you are in a covered region we use your device’s region setting and your App Store storefront. We do not use location data.

4利用解析（アナリティクス）Analytics

本アプリは、改善や不具合把握のため Google アナリティクス（Firebase Analytics・広告 ID を使わない構成）でアプリ内の操作イベント（タブ遷移、集中セッションの開始・完了、建築・クラフト操作など）を解析します。これらは氏名・メール・広告 ID とは結び付けていません。 To improve the App and diagnose issues, we use Google Analytics (Firebase Analytics, configured without advertising ID) to analyze in-app events (tab navigation, focus session start/complete, building and craft actions, etc.). These are not linked to your name, email, or advertising ID.

また、オンボーディング時の任意アンケートで取得する年齢層・性別・本アプリを知ったきっかけ（流入チャネル）を、利用者層の把握のため解析に利用することがあります。回答は任意で、個人を直接特定するものではありません。 We may also use your age range, gender, and how you discovered the App (acquisition channel), collected via an optional onboarding survey, to understand our audience. Answering is optional and does not directly identify you.

5購入・サブスクリプションPurchases & Subscriptions

Premium（月額・年額）およびクラフトチケット（消耗型）の購入・復元の状態を、RevenueCat を通じて管理します。決済は Apple の App Store が処理し、当方がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得することはありません。これらの購入状態は、氏名等と紐づかない匿名の識別子で扱われます。 We manage the purchase and restore status of Premium (monthly/yearly) and craft tickets (consumable) through RevenueCat. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store; we never receive your card number or other payment details. Purchase status is handled using anonymous identifiers not tied to your name.

6AI 機能とデータの取り扱いAI Features & Data Handling

本アプリの「街を作る（クラフト）」機能は、Google の生成 AI「Gemini」（Gemini API / generativelanguage）を利用して画像（街のジオラマ）を生成します。リクエストは当方が運用する中継サーバー（Cloudflare Workers）を経由して Google へ送信されます。 The “Create your city (Craft)” feature uses Google’s generative AI, Gemini (Gemini API / generativelanguage) to generate images (city dioramas). Requests are sent to Google through a relay server we operate (Cloudflare Workers).

あなたが入力したテーマ（言葉）と、選択したスタイルのみ。Only the theme (text) you enter and the style you select.
写真・連絡先・端末の識別情報・位置情報などの個人情報は送信されません。No personal information such as photos, contacts, device identifiers, or location is sent.

学習への利用についてUse for model training

当方は Gemini API を有料（Paid）ティアで利用しています。Google の規約上、有料ティアでは送信内容（入力）および生成結果（出力）が Google の生成 AI モデルの学習・改善には利用されません。なお Google は、安全性確保・不正利用の検知・法令遵守の目的で、データを限られた期間ログとして保持する場合があります。詳しくは Google の各規約をご確認ください。 We use the Gemini API on the paid tier. Under Google’s terms, on the paid tier your prompts (inputs) and generated responses (outputs) are not used to train or improve Google’s generative AI models. Google may retain data as logs for a limited period for safety, abuse detection, and legal compliance. Please refer to Google’s terms for details.

生成画像の保存Storage of generated images

生成された画像は、生成処理中に中継サーバー上で一時的に扱われた後、お使いの端末内（App Group の共有領域）に保存されます。当方が生成履歴をサーバー側に蓄積することはありません。 Generated images are handled temporarily on the relay server during processing and are then stored on your device (an App Group shared container). We do not retain a history of generations on our servers.

AI 機能を初めて利用する際には、アプリ内で上記の処理に関する同意をお願いしています。同意いただけない場合、AI による街の生成機能はご利用いただけません。 Before you use the AI feature for the first time, we ask for your in-app consent to the processing described above. Without consent, the AI city-generation feature cannot be used.

7利用する第三者サービスThird-Party Services

Meta Platforms（Facebook / Instagram） — 当方が出稿した広告からのインストール計測（アトリビューション）。アプリ内に広告は表示しません。トラッキングを許可しない場合、識別子は共有されません。Install attribution for ads we run. No ads are shown inside the App. If you decline tracking, no identifier is shared. Meta Privacy Policy

8データの保存と保持Storage & Retention

本アプリのデータ（集中記録、生成した街、設定）は、主にお使いの端末内に保存されます。本アプリを削除すると、これらの端末内データは削除されます。解析・購入・AI・インストール計測に関して第三者サービスへ送信された情報の保持については、各社のポリシーに従います。 App data (focus records, generated cities, and settings) is stored primarily on your device. Deleting the App removes this on-device data. Retention of information sent to third-party services for advertising, analytics, purchases, and AI is governed by their respective policies.

9子どものプライバシーChildren’s Privacy

本アプリは 13 歳未満（お住まいの国の定める年齢）の子どもを対象としていません。保護者の方は、お子様による本アプリの利用について管理・監督してください。お子様の情報が誤って処理されたと思われる場合は、下記の連絡先までお問い合わせください。 The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the age defined in your country). Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of the App. If you believe a child’s information has been processed inadvertently, please contact us at the address below.

10あなたの権利Your Rights

本アプリは端末内にデータを保持するため、本アプリの削除によりデータの消去が可能です。トラッキングの許可は、第 3 項記載の方法でいつでも変更できます。その他、データの取り扱いに関するご質問・ご要望（開示・削除など）は、下記の連絡先までお問い合わせください。 Because data is held on your device, you can erase it by deleting the App. You can change ad tracking and consent at any time using the methods in Section 3. For any other questions or requests regarding your data (such as access or deletion), please contact us at the address below.

11地域別の権利Regional Rights

EEA・英国（GDPR / UK GDPR）：アクセス・訂正・削除・処理の制限・異議・データポータビリティの権利、および同意の撤回が可能です。EEA & UK (GDPR / UK GDPR): rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and data portability, and to withdraw consent.
日本：個人情報保護法に基づく開示・訂正・利用停止等の請求が可能です。Japan: rights to request disclosure, correction, and suspension of use under the APPI.
米国カリフォルニア州（CCPA / CPRA）：取得情報の開示・削除、および「販売／共有」のオプトアウトが可能です。California, USA (CCPA / CPRA): rights to know, delete, and opt out of “sale/sharing.”

12ご自身で送信いただく情報Information You Send Us

アプリ内でユーザーインタビューへのご応募をいただいた場合に限り、次の情報をお預かりします。応募は任意で、送信しなければ何もお預かりしません。 Only when you sign up for a user interview inside the App do we receive the following. Signing up is optional; if you do not send the form, we receive nothing.

メールアドレス（ご連絡と謝礼のお渡しに使用します）Your email address (used to arrange a time and send the thank-you gift)
18 歳未満の方は、保護者の方のメールアドレス（同意をいただくために使用します）If you are under 18, a parent or guardian's email address (used to obtain their consent)
ご希望の日時など、任意でご記入いただいた内容Anything you optionally write, such as preferred times
ご応募の時点での利用状況（完了した集中の回数、建てた建築の数、インストールからの日数、アプリと OS のバージョン、機種）Your usage at the time of sign-up (completed focus sessions, landmarks built, days since install, app and OS version, device model)

これらは Cloudflare D1（英国・米国等のデータセンター）に保存し、ご連絡と謝礼のお渡し以外の目的では使用しません。広告や解析のサービスへ渡すことも、第三者へ販売することもありません。インタビューでお話しいただいた内容を公開することもありません。 This is stored in Cloudflare D1 and is used only to contact you and send the gift. We do not pass it to advertising or analytics services, and we do not sell it. We do not publish anything you tell us in the interview.

謝礼をお渡ししたあと、メールアドレス（および保護者の方のメールアドレス）は削除します。それより前に削除をご希望の場合は、下記の連絡先までお知らせください。 We delete your email address (and your guardian's) once the gift has been sent. If you want it deleted sooner, contact us at the address below.

13本ポリシーの変更Changes to This Policy

当方は、法令の変更やサービスの改善に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上で更新日を改めてお知らせします。 We may update this Policy in response to legal changes or service improvements. For material changes, we will update the date shown on this page.
